Biography

     Larry Crumbley provides Commercial Real Estate Advisory and Marketing Services to clients in the Middle and South Georgia areas. His extensive experience in Property Management, Sales, Leasing and Consulting gives him the broad knowledge necessary to solve virtually any real estate problem.

     Larry received his BBA in Marketing and Management from West Georgia College in 1973. He received his Real Estate Sales License in 1975 and his Brokerage License in 1979. In 1979 he was awarded the Certified Property Manager (CPM) Designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management of the National Association of Realtors. Larry was invited to join the American Society of Real Estate Counselors in 1994 and was awarded the Counselors of Real Estate Designation (CRE). In 1995 Larry was granted membership in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Larry also obtained his CCIM Designation in 1996.

     During his 27 years in the real estate business with Fickling & Company, Larry has served in all categories of commercial real estate. He was a commercial leasing agent from 1976 to 1986. In 1986 he was promoted to Vice President of the Commercial Leasing and Property Management Division where he was responsible for a commercial leasing and management portfolio of over 2 million square feet plus over 1,000 residential units. He is currently responsible for marketing numerous commercial properties as well as several high-profile investment challenges. He has also utilizes his broad market knowledge to conduct numerous successful site search assignments.

     Larry is an active member of North Macon Presbyterian Church. He has one son, Jeffrey Crumbley. He is married to Cathy Crumbley, and they have two daughters, Connie and Katie.
